One small step for your kids...one giant leap for God's Kingdom! Blast off with the first VBS to land on Mars! To Mars and Beyond will help kids discover the wonders of God's universe. They'll become Voyagers on a journey through space, exploring where God's power can take them. This space adventure includes exciting new music, amazing science, creative crafts, fun recreation, and memorable Bible stories. This is a free program, including dinner. Child must be potty-trained to attend! We are also looking for volunteers to assist before and during our VBS. If you can cut, paint, glue or sew, have some creative ideas, can set up or tear down, we need you. If you would like to assist in music, science, crafts, registration or kitchen, we need you too. If you are a closet actor or actress, our bible storyteller could use your talents – no memorizing needed. We need prayer volunteers too! To be part of the excitement at To Mars and Beyond, please call the church office or visit the website: https://cokesburyvbs.com/graceumclynn. You can also send in the VBS registration form on the next page. There is also a link on the church’s website at: www.graceumclynn.org. Join others to serve dinner at the largest soup kitchen on the North Shore. Since 1982, MBT has served over 3 million meals to people in need, in all kinds of weather, during years of economic ups and downs. Open 365 days a year, MBT is fueled by private donations and does not seek nor accept United Way or Local, State or Federal grants. For many guests, their meal at MBT is their only source of daily nourishment.
This is a great, hands on way of helping to live out the mission of Grace Church! Meet others at 98 Willow Street, Lynn.
If you are available to volunteer, we will be serving Friday, Friday, July 12th, 4:30-7:30 pm
Please use the Response sheet in the Sunday bulletin, e-mail or call the church office to sign up.

Collecting Soda Can "Tabs" For Shriners Hospital
Please save your "tabs" from soda cans to benefit Shriners Hospitals. There will be a container place in the Narthex in the near future for the collection. Shriners Hospitals have been collecting pull-tabs or "pop-tops" from beverage cans since 1989, recycling them, and putting the money toward programs that directly benefit children. Since its inception, about a half million pounds of aluminum tabs have been collected and recycled!
Campbell Soup Labels
On behalf of our UMW, We are asking that you save all of your Campbell Soup labels, bring them to our church and deposit them in the specially marked container in the Narthex.
These labels will be given to Cooper Community. The Hattie B. Cooper Community Center is committed to providing children and youth with the strongest developmental foundations to inspire a lifelong excitement for learning and the skills to become caring and responsible citizens. Hattie B. Cooper Community Center (1891 Washington St., Boston) is the only United Methodist National Mission Institution in the six-state area of the NE Annual Conference. Please see Pam Mavrelion if you have any questions.
Please remember to bring in your tabs to benefit Shriner’s Hospitals.
